Bonnie Brae is a cosy Victorian miners cottage in beautiful Hepburn Springs, within walking distance of the Mineral Springs Reserve and the famous Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa. It is also close to all the other amenities of this charming country town, which is just 3 minutes’ drive from central Daylesford.

The cottage has Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix, a two-person sunken spa bath, a woodburning heater with firewood supplied for your first evening in the cottage, and split-system air conditioning for both heating and cooling. Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. There is a secure fenced front garden and pets are also welcome inside the cottage. You can use the fully equipped kitchen, or take a stroll to the local pubs or restaurants.
Ideal for a romantic getaway or, if you re coming as a family or with a group of friends, there is also a double bed in the second bedroom.
There is off-street parking on the front nature strip. The street address is 45 Main Road, Hepburn Springs 3461. As there are a small number of steps at the entrance to the front garden and in the cottage, a slightly sloping 25-metre garden path to walk down before you reach the cottage itself, and the floor levels are also slightly uneven in places, this cottage is probably not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or with young children.
Our standard nightly rates are $228 for Sunday through to Thursday nights, and $343 for Friday and Saturday nights. These prices include the Victorian Government’s short-stay levy of 7.5%, which we cover for you when you book direct through this website. Public holidays/long weekends and the December peak season might have different pricing. We have a two-night-minimum booking policy, except of course when there is a one-night gap between other bookings in the calendar, and different pricing will apply for one-night bookings.
