Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Full refund* if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in date.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 30 days and 7 days prior to check-in date.
- No refund if cancelled less than 7 day prior to check-in date.
- However, any cancellations as a direct result of new COVID-19 restrictions brought in after the date of booking will get a full refund* up until the morning of check-in.
